Fish Momma Abroad: Our First Days in the Czech Republic 🇨🇿

We’ve made it to the Czech Republic! ✈️

Our trip started in Prague, where we visited the National Bank, had a cozy lunch, and spent some time walking around the city. We even got to meet up with my husband’s daughter there, which made the first day extra special.

From Prague, we hopped on the train to Frýdek-Místek and then settled into our Airbnb in Frýdlant. We’ve only been here a couple of days so far, but it already feels wonderful to slow down and be with family.

My husband has gone mushrooming (a favorite tradition here!) with his daughter and the grandkids, while I’ve been trying to catch up on sleep and shake off the travel fatigue. It feels good to find a balance between adventure and rest.

More family time and little Czech adventures to come — but for now, I’m soaking it all in.
