Our last night in Prague was one of those evenings where you don’t really have a plan, you just walk, wander, and try to take it all in before it’s over.

Trips like this always remind me why peaceful water matters so much, whether it's a river, a spa, or a little slice of nature in your living room.

While exploring Frýdek-Místek, I found this amazing little backyard fish farm — powered only by a stream and a homemade water wheel!

Halfway up I spotted a swing… so that’s where my hike ended.

Dizzy, nauseous, and staggering out the door, I learned the hard way that sometimes self-care goes sideways — but at least it makes for a funny travel story.
